![]() ![]() The place is really located on K St, NW (owner hasn’t had the web page updated to tell you the location change) and has a nice atmosphere when you first walk in, until you see all the political opinion and agenda material hitting you from all directions and angles, right down to the server’s T shirt. They were kind enough to give me a gift certificate but they didn't fix the problem apparently: poor customer service from the manager. ![]() I ended having to contact the office and file a report on him. However, once I placed my order, Coco, as he likes to be called, wouldn't allow my order to be customize, basically, because he's the manager and that he doesn't have to do it. Hence the reason that I'd have to call in to the restaurant after I placed my order. He admitted to me over the phone that, yes, the app doesn't always allow to customize your order as needed. He'd been crass on a couple of other occasions via phone when I placed orders on Uber Eats. It wasn't the first time that he'd provided poor customer service. Instead he began to speak to me condescendingly and with a harsh tone and basically telling me that I could complain to anyone that I want to and that his name is Patrick Coco. I even offered to show him previous receipts. I then told him that I literally order the meal twice a week with no problem. ![]() They've always provided wonderful customer service and adhere to such simple requests with kindness. Since when? I've been coming to the restaurant way before you were hired. I asked that the angel Hair pasta be replaced with penne. I went instead yesterday to order my favorite pasta. However, as of late, the manager Patrick Coco, has been really giving me a hard time. It's where I take all of my dates, out of town guests,or to go place when I wanta meal To Go. For it has been my favorite place in DC for 16 years that I've lived here. ![]()
